The staff were very kind and understanding. The facilities had many fun and interesting things for the kids and the rooms were very well maintained. Breakfast was simple and there is no restaurant at the resort, just a cafe (which was good). Great view.
The view is awesome, as you are surrounded by mountains and vegetation making this location a quite and peaceful place.
Kwan, at the front desk, is the nicest person you can come across. She made our stay very confortable; she did not hesitate to go above and beyond her duties to make us feel welcome. I will definitely go back to this hotel if given the chance to visit the region once again.
